Questions
We send one invoice to your school for the whole licence, so no member of staff has to pay and claim it back. Purchase orders are accepted, and invoices are payable within 30 days unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices are in US dollars and include any VAT that applies.
We do. Send us the names and work email addresses of the staff taking part and we enrol each of them, so they receive their own login and can start straight away.
Yes. The courses are self-paced, so each person can start when it suits them and work at their own speed during the licence year. Many teams follow the suggested twelve-week pacing shown above.
Yes. Each participant who completes Becoming a Middle Leader and a 90-day leadership plan that meets the review criteria receives a certificate of completion documenting 15 hours of professional development. It is a certificate of completion, not an academic qualification, and it does not award academic credit.
It depends on the size of your school: $149 a year for up to 150 students, $199 for 150 to 300 students and $249 for more than 300 students, with unlimited teachers. It is included in the Leadership Team Licence for primary and all-through schools.
Yes. Tell us how many places you need, which courses and how many schools, and we will send a written quote within two working days.
Yes. Both leadership licences include a live 60-minute online session for your team with Jacques Tredoux, at a time that suits your school. A full INSET session, online or on site, can be added: mention it when you request a quote.
Yes. You may cancel a school licence within 14 days of the invoice date for a full refund. If anything you receive does not work or is not as described, tell us and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.
We only need the names and work email addresses of the staff we enrol and the contact details of the person we invoice. Northbeam Leadership LLP is the data controller under UK data protection law, course accounts are hosted on our online school platform, Thinkific, and we never ask for information about students. Our privacy policy sets out exactly how it works.
A 30-minute online call with Jacques. We walk through the course, the Leadership Decision Simulator and the Northbeam Kids materials, and talk about your team and timing. There is no obligation, and you will have a written quote afterwards if you want one.
