22 lessons in five modules. Every lesson ends with a practical task, and participants finish with a 90-day leadership plan and a certificate for 15 hours of professional development.

Frequently asked questions
How do we pay?
We send one invoice to your school for the whole licence, so no member of staff has to pay and claim it back.
Who sets up the accounts?
We do. Send us the names and email addresses of your staff and we enrol them for you.
Can staff start at different times?
Yes. The courses are self-paced, so each person can start when it suits them and work at their own speed.
Does each person get a certificate?
Yes. Every participant earns their own certificate of completion, which is useful evidence for appraisal, performance management and accreditation.
How much is the Northbeam Kids School Licence?
It depends on the size of your school: $149 a year for up to 150 students, $199 for 150 to 300 students and $249 for more than 300 students, with unlimited teachers. Trusts and groups of three or more schools receive 20% off each school. Schools that take part in a free pilot receive 50% off their first year if they sign up within 30 days of the pilot ending.

Is there any live training?
Yes. Both team licences include a live 60-minute online session for your staff with Jacques Tredoux, at a time that suits your school. Many schools use it to launch the programme or to work through real situations halfway through. A full INSET session, online or on site, can be added: ask us when you request a quote.
