Tell us the challenge your class, family or leadership team is facing. We write and animate an original Northbeam story about it, with a workbook or teaching pack built around it.
We are taking a small number of pilot commissions this term, so every story gets our full attention.
Two ranges
Northbeam Kids
For teachers, parents, schools and home-school families of children aged 4 to 11. Choose a theme such as bullying, friendship, honesty, worry, sharing, confidence or inclusion, and we create an age-appropriate story your children will remember.
Leadership in Practice
For school leaders, leadership teams and organisations. Describe a real challenge, such as a difficult parent, an underperforming teacher, staff conflict or a struggling head of department, and we turn it into an animated case study your team can learn from.

Prices are in US dollars and include a Standard licence. An Exclusive licence is quoted separately. Your proposal confirms the final price, scope and delivery date before you pay anything.
How it works

Included
Use your film and resources in your own school, classroom or home, for as long as you like. Northbeam keeps the copyright and may share the story with other schools, which keeps the price lower.
Premium, quoted on request
Your story is used only by you and kept confidential. Ownership, permitted uses and any transfer of rights are set out clearly in your agreement.
Safeguarding and confidentiality. Please send an anonymised scenario. We never use real children’s names, identifiable details or confidential staff matters.
Questions
Most stories are delivered within 2 to 3 working days of script approval. School Signature Packages can take longer, and we agree the date with you in your proposal.
Yes. You approve the script before any animation begins, with two rounds of changes. After you see the film, one round of small changes is included.
With a Standard licence, you may use the film and resources in your own school or home for as long as you like. Northbeam keeps the copyright and may share the story with other schools. With an Exclusive licence, the story is used only by you, and the terms are set out in your agreement.
No. Please send an anonymised scenario. We never use real children’s names, identifiable details or confidential staff matters. We create original characters and settings that reflect your situation without identifying anyone.
Yes. We can match your uniform colours, your phase and your setting, and add your school name and logo to the opening and closing titles with the School Signature Package.
Yes. Production begins after you accept the proposal and pay a 50% deposit. The balance is due on delivery.
